Please contact customer service at info@wyomingtraeders.com in advance to obtain an RA number (Return Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. We can give you a full refund to your credit card or an exchange for another product as per your choice. The only exception to this policy is for sales items that are on final sales- no refund status and are clearly marked at the point of sale.
Order Fulfillment Policy
ORDER STATUS
After you place an online order, a confirmation is sent to your email. Please check your spam filter does not pick it up. After your order is shipped, another email is sent with your tracking number. We ship both UPS and Fed-Ex in order to get the quickest times. Please note however we have no control over shipping times once your order leaves our premises, there are times when your order could be delayed because of weather, mechanical issues, or human error. If your package is late and you have a tracking number, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Wyoming Traders strives to offer a good selection of western wear. Occasionally, high demand causes a shortage of certain items. However, we are dedicated to keeping our inventory in stock. If we do not have an item that you’ve ordered in stock, check our site again in a few weeks.
SHIPPING
You will automatically get free shipping once your balance, not counting freight costs are $100 or higher. Note all shipping is sent at discounted ship rates below our costs.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S SUBMITTED?
If you need to change your order before it is shipped, you can request an order change by contacting Customer Service at orders@wyomingtraders.com We can change, delete or exchange items on your order if it has not been shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES
Normally after we get your order it is shipped the same day or up to 2 business days in fall and winter times. However during the Christmas season please expect your orders to be shipped Same to 4 business days after the order is placed. We cannot guarantee any order placed after Dec 12 to arrive on time.
