CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT’S SUBMITTED?
If you need to change your order before it is shipped, you can request an order change by contacting Customer Service at email@example.com We can change, delete or exchange items on your order if it has not been shipped.
Normally after we get your order it is shipped the same day or up to 2 business days in fall and winter times. However during the Christmas season please expect your orders to be shipped Same to 4 business days after the order is placed. We cannot guarantee any order placed after Dec 12 to arrive on time.
